Indian Idol 5: 17 Final Contestants / Contenders Name

American Idol has reached its final stage , while Indian Idol 5, 2010 stage is now ready to welcome its final selected contestants. 

Indian Idol has yet to give any reputed singer, as most of the Indian Idol are now having career as anchor or small time actors. The  judges - Anu Mallik, Sunidhi Chauhan and Salim Merchant have short listed  final contenders for the show. The names of all the final contenders are following:

Tia Kar, Arpita Khan, Vishwas Rai ,Meghna Kumar, Shreeramchandra, Sashi Suman, Manisha Karmakar, Arvind Gujral, Bhumi Trivedi, Asit Kumar Tripathi, Rakesh Maini, Yashraj Kapil, Swaroop Khan, Lakshay Nijhawan, Naushad Ali Kawa, Shivam Pathak, Kanika Joshi

This year the Indian Idol 5 will come out as ‘Desh Ke Awaaz’ (Voice of Country) . The winner will get a break to be a playback singer in the upcoming movie of Yash Raj Films.
