UPSC, Union Public Service Commission organizes yearly exam to fill up the post of All India Services (IPS, Civil Service, Foreign Service, Custom etc.). Normally the notificaiton of these exams are announced in the first week of December. This year there was unusual delay, anyway according to the information published in various newspapers the official notification for the exams are going to be published on 2nd January 2010. Right now there are speculations about some drastic change in the examination pattern but the real confirmation of those speculations will be revealed on 2nd January 2010.
