SSC Tier II Exam- Expected Cut Off CPO SI Recruitment 2010

The tier II exams of  SSC Graduate level exams were conducted on 31st July and 1st August 2010. The results of this exams are expeted to be announced in next 30-45 days. Those candidates who were short listed for the posts  of Sub Inspectors in Central Police Ogranizations were required to appear only in the paper of English, even those who were selected for other posts alongwith CPO and appeared in additional papers of  Mathematics / Optional paper must keep in mind that in case of CPO, only the performance in the English paper would be considered.

According to the trends of past year any candidate who scores around 60 percent must remain assured that he or she will get call for Physical Efficiency Test. In case a candidate belongs to SC/ ST/ OBC category the marks can be lower by 5 to 15 percent. However, one may see more declines in the cut off marks as this year the paper of Arithmetic is not included in the CPO recruitment process and most of the time candidates applying in the CPO SI jobs are from Hindi / Regional medium background because of which they find it tough to score high marks in English paper.
