SAIL Recruitment 2010- Operator, Attendant in Rourkela

Steel Authority of India Limited is recruiting operators (attendants, technicians) for its Rourkela plant. Brief information is given below:

1. Junior Operator/ Technician cum- Attendant (Trainee): Applicants for this post must be Matric and ITI in trade of Fitter/ Electrician/ Welder / Machinist/ Turner / Diesel Mechanic / Electronics / Instrumentation / Refrigeration & AC. Total number of vacancies is 80 and the maximum age for general candidates is 28 years on 1^st July 2010.
2. Jr. Operator/ Technician- cum Attendant (S-1): Matric and ITI with 2 years experience in Steel industry. Total number of vacancies for this post is 50. Maximum age of the applicant should be 30 years on 1^st July 2010.
3. Operator-cum- Technician (S3)-  Candidates must be Matric and Diploma in Engineering in the discipline of Metallurgy/ Mechanical / Electrical/ Civil / Electronics / Instrumentation with 2 years experience in Steel Industry. Maximum age 30 years on 1^st July 2010.
