Syndicate Bank conducted a written test for the recruitment of Bank Probationary Officers, ( PO ) on 29th September 2010. There was overwhelming response to this job notification and according to unofficial sources more than 50000 applicants applied for the job of Bank PO. According to the latest trends it is expected that candidates who have scores 58 percent plus in the written exams would have fair chance for the call of interview. Furthermore, those who have scored more than 62 percent have excellent chance for the next round. The expected cut off marks is comparatively less for OBC, SC and ST candidates. For OBC one can deduct 2 percent marks , while for SC / ST candidates the marks can be as low as 50 percent.
