Candidates, specially those who never applied for any regular exam of Union Public Service Commission must keep note of the fact that if they want to apply for the regular UPSC exams (Civil services, Combined Defence Services, National Defence Academy, Geologist Exam, Indian Forest Service, Combined Medical Services, Special Class Railway apprentice etc) they have to use the computerised application form. These forms are available at the designated offices of Indian Postal department in various cities across the country.
