JPSC Lecturer, Professor, Principal Recruitment 2010- Jharkhand

Department of Science and Technology, Government of Jharkhand is recruiting Principal / Professor / Assistant Professor / Lecturer in the newly established Engineering College in Ramgarh, Dumka and Chaibasa. Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC), Ranchi would conduct the selection process.  The total number of vacancies is 150.Brief details of the vacancies are following:

Eligibility for the post of Principal / Professor / Assistant Professor / Lecturer:

The candidates must be Ph D in relevant subjects with first class Degree at Master’s or Bachelor’s level with relevant experience. Minimum experience required for the post of Principal is 15 years. Candidates applying for the post of Professor must have relevant experience of 10 years, while those who are applying for the post of Assistant Professor must have relevant experience of 3 years. The eligibility for the post of Lecturer is 1st class Bachelor Degree in the appropriate branch of engineering or 1st class masters Degree in the related branch of engineering / Technology.

Age Limit:

40-year is the maximum age for the post of Lecturer (as on 31 January 2010). There is no upper age limit for other posts.
