Central Bank of India advertised recruitment notification for the post of Probationary officer on 8th May 2010. Recently bank has published a new notification according to which the number of posts of probationary officers has been revised. Candidates who applied for the post of PO must take note of it. The number of vacancies for recruitment of probationary officers, stands revised to 1650. Out of these 1650 posts 247 posts are reserved for SC, 133 posts are reserved for ST, 445 posts are reserved for OBC and remaining 825 posts are available for open category candidates. There is provision of reservation for 16 posts for orthopedic handicapped, 20 posts for hearing impaired and 16 posts for visually handicapped candidates
