Try to do some SAP training course as that is really going to be a big boom in the market. Do not waste your time trying for apprenticeship in BEL, as it is a dying company. They have announced some 5000 crore turnover, but its all an eye-wash. Most of the employees are either too old and lazy to take up advanced electronics projects OR they are from SC/ST/OBC categories who have half-baked knowledge. Nowadays, BEL is only like a agency with some 25 year old technology inwhich none of the defence people are interested. They are just being forced to buy by MoD from BEL.
