Joint CSIR UGC NET exam is conducted twice a year in the months of December and June. This year the second exam is scheduled to be conducted on 20th of December 2009. According to the official notification by CSIR the list of candidates who have been found eligible for the exams has been made available on the website of CSIR, HRDG. Candidates who have applied for this exam can check their name on this website. If the name of the candidate is not present in the list he/she must immediately contact the Examination Unit with the proof of application submission and copy of filled in application form between 20th November 2009 to 27th November 2009. Any request received after the aforementioned date would not be entertained.
 The Admission Certificate or Admit Card to the candidates would be dispatched three weeks before the examination. If a candidate is not able to receive the admit card by 11th December 2009, he/she can download the admit card from the website of CSIR, HRDG. Alternatively, candidates can also request for duplicate admit card on 19th of December from their respective Centre Coordinators whose contact address would be placed on the CSIR HRDG website.
