IIST pays Research Fellowship of Rs. 35000 to the scholars doing PHD with the institute.
Candidates who want to apply for the PHD course must read the complete notification on the IIST website, download the application form fill it according to the instructions and send it to  The Adminstrative Officer, IIST,  ISRO Post- Thiruvananthapuram, 695022 before 31st December 2009.
