There are many other banks which are coming up with vacancies in UP. So apply for them , like SBI , BOI, etc. You keep update and apply for them withing time and prepare for it. Besides, this year do give IBPS Clerk CWE exam , as now, almost all well known banks look for valid IBPS score . Wish you Best of LUCK !!!.
